He is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner with the Chinese Medicinal Board of Australia (CMBA) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). He is also an accredited member of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Society of Australia (CMASA). 

 

Dr. Davin graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) with Distinction. While studying, he spent his time practicing acupuncture skills, other hands on modalities, as well as learning the functionalities of different Chinese Medicinal Herbs; particularly integrating it to daily diet. He believes in prevention than later treatment. Hence, showing favour in educating clients in daily lifestyle improvements and providing interventions accordingly.

 

Dr. Davin is inspired by his late grandfather who was also a Chinese Medicine Physician to become a  TCM Practitioner. His grandfather left a lot of notes from past experiences behind and was passed on to Davin. 

 

Despite graduating, he is still attending seminars annually to keep track with training as well as staying up to date with the currency of Chinese Medicine practice in Australia.

 

Over the years, Dr. Davin has been seeing diverse group of clients with different ailments, showing particular interest in pain management and fertility support. He has also been helping clients over the pandemic season, educating them in preventative care as well as boosting their immunity.

 

Being from Malaysia, a multilingual country, Dr. Davin is able to communicate in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
